All movie tickets purchased on our website or mobile app are refundable if refund request is submitted from the moment the ticket is purchased until 15 minutes before showtime.
Please note that service and convenience fees for online purchases (website or app) are non-refundable.
If your showtime has not passed, you can request a refund by providing the email address associated with your ticket purchase and the last 4 digits of your gift card or credit card
If you used a gift card to pay for your ticket(s), the refund should be reflected on your account immediately.
Refunds may take up to 15 business days to reflect depending on your bank's rules.
Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original "pending" charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 15 business days, depending on your bank's rules.
Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office 2 hours before the showtime. To exchange an online ticket purchases at the theatre the credit card or gift card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office
Food & Beverage refunds will be processed at the theater, approved by the theater management.

This refund policy applies at all CMX Cinemas locations nationwide (CMX CinéBistro, CMX Market Cinemas, CMX Cinemas, Cobb Theatres, CinéBistro).
Purchases made through Fandango or ATOM can additionally be refunded and exchanged through those websites before the date and showtime of the ticket.
Tickets purchased through Fandango must be refunded through Fandango. To receive a refund from Fandango, please contact them at least 2 hours before your movie showtime at 1-866-857-5191 or request a refund through Fandango's customer service form. Tickets purchased through ATOM must be refunded through ATOM. Please contact Atom Customer Support at support@atomtickets.com.
Refunds for total or partial payments for private event tickets will be processed at the correspondent theater, subject to the theater management's approval. To be valid, these refund requests must be processed no later than one week before the event takes place.
Exchanges: If a customer would like to exchange a purchased ticket, please visit our website at cmxcinemas.com/refunds through the CMX app or available in person at the theatre of purchase before the date or showtime of the ticket.

Exchanges can be done from the moment the ticket is purchased until two hours before showtime.
If a guest exchanges current ticket (s) for a higher value ticket, the guest will be charged the difference.
If a guest exchanges current ticket (s) for a lesser value ticket, the guest will receive a refund for the difference. This refund will be made to the payment method used in the original transaction or will have the option to obtain a CMX gift card with the cash value of the difference.
CMX Cinemas will not provide Refunds or Exchanges after the showtime and date specified on the ticket.
In case of the occurrence of a major situation that may cause the involuntary cancellation of the showtime, all purchased tickets will be refunded. A confirmation email would be sent with details.
Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any unused, mutilated, or expired ticket(s) are not refundable for cash. CMX Cinemas reserves the right to base any exchange upon current ticket value. Lost or Stolen Tickets: CMX Cinemas will not be in any way responsible for lost or stolen tickets and shall have no legal, equitable, or contractual obligation regarding such tickets. The purchaser takes full liability for shipping, including but not limited to merchandise delayed or lost in transit. Refund back to the original card, otherwise; refund the amount on the CMX gift cards.
Resell Rights. Purchaser agrees not to resell CMX Gift Cards or CMX Discount Tickets for a sum larger than the purchase price unless the purchaser has received written permission from CMX Cinemas to do so. Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any resale of any CMX Cinemas tickets or gift cards shall be in conformance with all applicable laws and ordinances. Purchaser agrees to be responsible for determining the applicability of all such laws and ordinances. Purchaser agrees not to resell promotional, courtesy, or welcome back passes.
