Holiday Bonus Gift Card Promotion: Summary of Terms

• Purchase Period: November 28, 2025 through January 8, 2026.
• Validity: Accepted at all CMX movie theaters and online at cmxcinemas.com.
• This promotion features two balances on every qualifying gift card: the Purchased Value and the Promotional Bonus Credit.

Detailed Terms and Conditions

1. Dual Balance Structure

   Each qualifying gift card carries two distinct balances:

   • Purchased Value: The amount paid by the guest, governed by CMX's standard gift card policy.
   • Promotional Bonus Credit (the “Voucher”): Complimentary credit added as a sales incentive. Bonus values are:
   • $12.50 bonus on gift card purchases between $50.00 and $99.99.
   • $50.00 bonus on gift card purchases of $100.00 or more.

2. Expiration and Validity

   • Purchased Value: Never expires and remains available until used, in accordance with applicable gift card laws.
   • Promotional Bonus Credit: Expires sixty (60) days from the original purchase date. Unused bonus credit is removed automatically after expiration and cannot be reinstated.

3. Redemption Priority

   Transactions deduct from the Promotional Bonus Credit first. Once depleted or expired, the Purchased Value applies automatically.

4. Disclosures and Liability

   • The Promotional Bonus Credit is an incentive voucher and is not a gift card, gift certificate, or stored-value card.
   • Because it is issued without monetary consideration, the Promotional Bonus Credit is not subject to the CARD Act of 2009 or related state gift card protections.
   • The Promotional Bonus Credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
   • The Purchased Value is subject to the standard CMX gift card terms and conditions.

5. Purchase Restriction

   Gift cards issued under this promotion—regardless of whether the Purchased Value or Promotional Bonus Credit is used—cannot be used to buy additional gift cards of any type (standard, e-gift, or promotional). This prevents stacking or cycling of promotional incentives.
