Refund Policy

Refunds for Tickets Purchased on CMXCinemas.com or in the Cinemas App

Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. If your showtime has not passed, you can request a refund by providing the email address associated with your ticket purchase and the last 4 digits of your gift card or credit card. Sign-in to your account to access your tickets even faster.

Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your bank account. Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original "pending" charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 5-7 business days. If you used a CMX gift card or used any CMX Rewards credits to pay for your ticket(s), the refund should be reflected on your account immediately.

Refunds and Exchanges at the Theatre's Box Office

Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office any time before the showtime. To exchange CMXCinemas.com ticket purchases at the theatre, the credit card or gift card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office.

To refund CMXCinemas.com ticket purchases at the theatre (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card or gift card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office to process a refund. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable.
