Ticket Refund Policy

In order to refund tickets purchased on our website, guests must submit a refund request using the “Refund Tickets” link in their confirmation email or by emailing cmx-cinemas@cinemaplus.com, at least 60 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation. Refunds for online purchases cannot be processed at the theater’s box office.

Refunds and exchanges can also be managed at the theater’s box office, subject to the following:

  • The box office may exchange tickets for any booking, whether purchased online or at the box office, as long as the request is made before the printed showtime.
  • The box office may issue refunds only for bookings purchased at the box office, and only on the same calendar day of purchase.
  • For situations that do not fall within these conditions, guests may contact us via the email listed above for further assistance.
  • Tickets purchased using a CMX Cinemas gift card may be refunded at the box office in accordance with the timelines above.

Movie tickets purchased through cmxcinemas.com include non-refundable convenience fees. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the details of your purchase including the movie title, time, location, seat numbers (at reserved seating locations) and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see.

Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. No exceptions can be made.

All tickets purchased through third-party platforms (such as Fandango, Atom Tickets, or any other external vendor) must be handled directly with the company where the purchase was originally made. CMX does not have access to the payment information, processing system, or refund tools of external partners.

No outside food or drink allowed.

We kindly request that any oversized bags (luggage, large backpacks, shopping bags etc) not be brought into our theaters. For extenuating circumstances, please speak with management.

Pricing Policy
  • Senior price applies to those 65 years and older unless otherwise indicated (please contact theater for specifics)
  • Child price applies to those 12 years and under
  • Children 2 years and under are free except at reserved seating theaters
  • Military price applies to active military and veterans with valid ID
