Refunds for Tickets Purchased on CMXCinemas.com or in the Cinemas App

You can refund tickets 10 min prior to your showtime. Request a refund by providing the email address associated with your ticket purchase and the last 4 digits of your gift card or credit card. Sign-in to your account to access your tickets even faster.

Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank account. Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original "pending" charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 5-7 business days. If you used a CMX gift card the refund will be reflected on the gift card in 10 minutes.

Some special event tickets are unable to be refunded or exchanged.

Reward Voucher Refunds

If you used a Reward Ticket Voucher as payment for your tickets, the refund should be reflected in your account in 15 minutes. You can refund ticket vouchers 10 min prior to your showtime.

Refunds and Exchanges at the Theatre's Box Office

Tickets may be exchanged at the theatre's box office any time before the showtime. To exchange CMXCinemas.com ticket purchases at the theatre, the credit card or gift card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office.

Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank account. Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original “pending” charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 5-7 business days. If you used a CMX Cinemas gift card or used any CMX Rewards credits to pay for your ticket(s), the refund should be reflected on your account in 10 minutes.

In the unusual situation that a show is canceled, you will be entitled to a refund for the full purchase price of your tickets, including any service charges. If you have any questions, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a request.
